All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. The fact that a product is displayed on our website does not guarantee that it is currently in stock at our store. Stock levels change frequently, and popular items may sell out quickly. We strongly recommend contacting us via WhatsApp before visiting the store to confirm availability, especially during peak seasons such as festivals, school holidays, and sale periods.

Pre-booked items are held for a maximum of 48 hours from the time of confirmation. If you are unable to collect within this period, please let us know in advance. Unreserved collections after 48 hours may result in the reservation being released.
No deposit or advance payment is required to make a pre-booking. Payment is made in full at the time of collection in-store. This means your reservation carries no financial commitment — if you decide not to purchase, simply let us know and there is no penalty.
Pre-bookings are subject to product availability at the time of your request. We cannot guarantee reservations during extremely high-demand periods (such as major festival seasons) unless confirmed by our team.
