From time to time, Punnagai Toy Store runs promotional sales, seasonal discounts, and special offers on selected products. These sales may be announced on our website, via WhatsApp, through social media channels, or as in-store promotions. All sales and discounts are offered at the sole discretion of Punnagai Toy Store and are available for a limited time only.
When a sale is active, eligible products will be clearly marked with their discounted price alongside the original price on our website or in-store. Sale events may include, but are not limited to: seasonal sales (Summer, Diwali, Christmas, Pongal), clearance sales, birthday-month offers, and flash sales on selected product categories.
These Sale Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, discounts, and sales events run by Punnagai Toy Store, whether communicated online or in-store. By purchasing a sale item, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
We encourage customers to take advantage of our sale offers when they arise, but please note that sale stock is always limited. Early purchase is recommended to avoid disappointment, as we cannot guarantee that any item will remain on sale for the duration of the advertised period.
Not all products at Punnagai Toy Store are included in every sale. Only those products that are explicitly marked as "On Sale", "Discounted", or labelled with a promotional price are eligible for the relevant discount. Products not marked as part of a sale continue to be sold at their standard retail price.
Sale eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Punnagai Toy Store. Some products may be excluded from sale events, including but not limited to: newly arrived items, limited-edition products, items already reduced in a prior promotion, or products from specific brands that restrict promotional pricing.

Punnagai Toy Store reserves the right to add or remove products from any sale event at any time and without prior notice.
The price displayed for a sale item on our website or in our store is the final sale price — inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). The discount has already been applied to arrive at the displayed sale price. No further discount codes, coupons, or promotional reductions can be applied on top of an existing sale price unless explicitly stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
Discounts shown on sale items represent the reduction from the item's standard retail price. The original price (before discount) and the sale price are both displayed, along with the percentage saving, wherever possible, to help you make an informed decision.
Any special additional offers — such as "buy one get one free", "spend over ₹500 and save 10%", or similar bundle promotions — will have their own specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Such offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Sale prices apply to individual items as marked and do not extend to quantities, unless a bulk discount is separately advertised. Punnagai Toy Store staff will be happy to clarify any queries about how a discount applies to a specific product at the time of purchase.
All sale items are available on a strictly limited, first-come-first-served basis. Once a sale item is sold out, it will no longer be available at the promotional price. We cannot reserve sale items for later collection unless you use our WhatsApp Pre-Booking Service (see Section 5 below).
Stock quantities of sale items may be very limited, particularly for clearance or end-of-line items. We strongly recommend not delaying your purchase or pre-booking if you have seen a sale item you wish to buy. Punnagai Toy Store will not be held responsible if a sale item has sold out by the time you visit the store.
During high-demand sale periods (such as Diwali, Christmas, and summer school holidays), our store can become busy. We recommend visiting earlier in the day or contacting us via WhatsApp to check availability and pre-book your item before making the trip to the store.
In the event that a sale item is found to be unavailable after a pre-booking has been confirmed (for example, due to an error in stock counting), we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of purchasing an alternative product at an equivalent or better discount, or simply cancelling the reservation with no obligation.
Our WhatsApp Pre-Booking Service is available for sale items, subject to availability at the time of your request. Pre-booking a sale item allows you to reserve it at the current sale price, giving you peace of mind before making the trip to our store in Mylapore.
To pre-book a sale item, simply send us a WhatsApp message at +91 75501 32101 / +91 72994 61657 with the product name, your name, and your preferred collection date. Our team will confirm whether the item is in stock and available at the sale price, and will hold it for you.
Pre-booked sale items are held for a maximum of 48 hours from the time of confirmation. This hold period is the same as for non-sale items. If you are unable to collect within 48 hours, please notify us in advance — we may be able to extend the hold at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee this during busy sale periods.
No advance payment is required to reserve a sale item. You pay the sale price in full only when you collect the item in-store. If you decide not to purchase after pre-booking, simply let us know — there is no cancellation penalty. However, please do let us know as early as possible so that we can make the item available to other customers.
Once a sale ends, we are unable to retrospectively apply a sale price to purchases that were made before the sale commenced, or to apply the sale price to purchases made after the sale has concluded. Sale prices are valid only during the active promotional period.
Similarly, if you purchased an item at its full retail price before a sale begins, we are unable to refund the difference in price or issue store credit equivalent to the discount that subsequently became available. We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp to check for upcoming offers if you are considering a purchase.
Punnagai Toy Store does not operate a price-matching policy against competitor stores or online retailers. Our prices reflect our costs, quality of service, and the expertise of our team, and we stand behind them.
We understand that it can be frustrating to miss a sale, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any concerns about pricing, please speak to a member of our team — we will always do our best to help where we can, at our discretion.
Our standard Return & Refunds Policy applies equally to sale items. The fact that an item was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price does not affect your entitlement to return a product that is faulty, defective, or not as described.
For eligible returns of sale items (unused, in original packaging, with receipt, within 7 days of purchase), you will be offered a store credit or exchange to the value of the price you paid (i.e., the sale price). Cash refunds on sale items are at the discretion of the store manager.
If you wish to exchange a sale item for a different product that is not on sale, you will be required to pay the difference between the store credit (equal to the sale price paid) and the full retail price of the replacement item.
Please note that some items are non-returnable regardless of whether they were purchased at full price or during a sale — these include opened board games, puzzles and card games (once opened), personalised or customised items, and hygiene-related products. Punnagai Toy Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any sale or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion. This includes the right to:
